SUMMER PROGRAM

WHEN:  June 4th - June 29th & July 9th - August 3rd 

TIMES:  7:30AM - 6:00PM Monday, Tuesday & Friday and 7:30AM - 5:00PM Wednesday

COST:  $10/Week

 

AGES:  6 - 18

Daily sport activities to keep each child active and healthy! Occasional field trips to fuel your child's interest in the community and their love for nature and the outdoors! *Permission slips will be required. Learning activities to keep their minds refreshed and always growing!

Breakfast will be provided from 8:00AM - 9:00AM and lunch will be provided from 12:00PM - 1:00PM with an afternoon snack provided at 4:00PM. If your child has any allergies or food restrictions please notify us when signing your child up. We will do our best to accommodate and work with you to provide them what they need at no additional cost.

Week 1:  EMERGENCY (JUNE 4-8)*

Fire Dept., EMS, Nurses/Doctors, Police, Air Evac - Learn how they hep you and how you can stay safe in emergency situations.

Week 2:  LIFE SKILLS (JUNE 11-15)*

How to: check/change a tire, wiper blades, fuses & fluids, balance a checkbook, prepare for job interviews

Week 3:  ARTS & CRAFTS (JUNE 18-22)

Whether it is painting, drawing, cutting & gluing, or pottery, we can all get to know or artsy and crafty side. (Bring apron or clothing that can be stained).

Week 4:  NATURE (jUNE 25-29)*

How to: read a map and compass, build a campfire, build/find shelter, know which natural foods are good to eat and which plants are poisonous

*Field Trip (hiking, fishing, swimming)

Week 5:  HEALTHY COOKING (JULY 9-13)*

Eating healthy, what to do and not do when cooking, how to prepare a meal/meal plan, healthy substitutes

Week 6:  QUILITING (JULY 16-20)

How to quilt, sew and do patch work

Week 7:  SERVICE (JULY 23-27)

Find out how you can serve your family and your community, focus on helping other people

Week 8:  FUN IN THE SUN (JULY 30 - AUGUST 3)
